What you will do
- Manage the TurboTax email program to drive transactions and ensure flawless execution of complex campaigns for a large US customer base.
- Lead the effort to deliver superlative campaigns, ensuring compelling storytelling, relevant content, and best-in-class creative.
- Drive the vision to implement truly 1:1 campaigns to customers through personalized messaging, offers, and content.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of 3-4 marketers, managing project prioritization, campaign planning, and process improvement.
- Help define channel contact strategy, maintaining calendars and defining governance protocols.
- Partner with CRM data and operations teams to articulate complex campaign requirements and ensure proper technical implementation from data flow to dynamic content execution.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience managing an elaborate email marketing program for a Fortune 500 company.
- Impeccable knowledge of email marketing best practices, especially around creative and storytelling.
- Keen understanding of the data undergirding CRM programs, enabling campaign orchestration and personalization.
- Superior organizational, project management, and communication skills, with hands-on management of campaign deployments under tight deadlines.
- Experience with Enterprise-level marketing cloud solutions and CRM tech stack.
- Strong analytical and data manipulation skills that result in meaningful insights and drive performance.
