What you will do

• Manage and deploy email, SMS, and push notification campaigns and player lifecycle initiatives.
• Serve as internal expert on Iterable platform, building, QAing, optimizing, and troubleshooting marketing journeys and segmentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Live Ops, and Analytics teams to create impactful marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, email deliverability, and ensure compliance with data privacy and opt-in standards.
• Create benchmark data and optimize campaigns through continuous testing of creative, messaging, and targeting.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and recommendations based on campaign results.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model in El Segundo, CA, United States
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in owned-channel marketing including email, SMS, push, and landing pages.
• Hands-on experience with Iterable or similar email marketing platforms and campaign execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree is a plus.
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Basic HTML knowledge and familiarity with data pipelines and integrations is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming or entertainment industry.
• Experience managing multiple IPs or brands.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and other project management tools.
