What you will do
- Plan and execute strategic CRM communication programs.
- Ensure effective end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across push, in-app, SMS, and email.
- Analyze performance and optimize CRM campaigns through A/B and multivariate tests.
- Plan personalization and dynamic content for multi-channel campaigns.
- Develop and execute upsell/cross-sell methods to contribute to revenue.
- Advocate for customer experience across all lifecycle channels.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant working experience in CRM or marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM tooling, preferably Braze, with the ability to build and QA complex campaign logic.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and a strong understanding of CRM and Customer KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Looker and Mixpanel.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration.
