What you will do
- Build and optimize automated multi-channel marketing workflows across the full member journey from awareness to retention.
- Create and manage campaigns using email, SMS, push, in-app, and direct mail to drive member action and treatment adherence.
- Collaborate with Product, Care Operations, and Clinical teams to align campaigns with program goals and pathways.
- Lead testing and continuous improvement through experimentation and data analysis.
- Enhance targeting, personalization, and measurement using martech platforms and CRM integrations.
- Provide structured updates and performance insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in New York, United States
- 3–5+ years experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or member engagement.
- Proficiency with lifecycle marketing platforms (Iterable preferred) and building automated workflows.
- Strong writing skills with ability to communicate sensitive topics compassionately.
- Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting metrics and refining campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content, QA, or analytics workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with HTML and templating languages (Handlebars, Liquid).
