Salary: $109,100 - $156,860 USD annually

What you will do

• Build joint marketing plans with key distributors, resellers, and VARs to drive pipeline and sales metrics.
• Develop localized GTM strategies for North America and LATAM markets, adapting messaging and assets.
• Execute co-marketing programs including webinars, digital campaigns, and partner-led events.
• Manage MDF planning, approvals, and ROI to align with regional revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution and partner visibility.
• Track and report performance metrics and participate in business reviews with partners.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Boston, MA with hybrid work and in-office presence three days per week
• 6-8 years experience in partner marketing roles with channel, reseller, or SI partnerships.
• Experience in technology and SaaS marketing preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
• English: Proficient (B2) required
