What you will do

• Drive demand and sales growth for mass payments and payroll solutions across Asia-wide client portfolio.
• Manage long sales cycles (6-12 months) and nurture leads through consultative selling and discovery meetings.
• Coordinate with internal support and technical teams to deliver bespoke solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels including C-suite.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline independently with a hunter mindset.
• Create and deliver presentations tailored to client needs and industry verticals.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Sydney or able to work hybrid from Sydney office
• 3+ years of complex hunting sales experience with proven track record of closing deals.
• Experience selling payroll and mass payment solutions.
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Ability to manage long sales timelines and lead client discovery meetings.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of mass payment rails such as CIPS, CHATS, SWIFT, FX management, and API integrations.
• Additional languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese.
