What you will do

• Drive revenue growth and opportunity development across the Afterpay Media Network ecosystem.
• Build and execute strategic relationship plans with merchants and non-merchants.
• Own revenue targets, identify growth opportunities, and forecast performance.
• Provide expertise in omnichannel programmatic advertising to design and deliver data-led media strategies.
• Act as a subject-matter expert and evangelist for Afterpay Ads, enabling clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in media, ad tech, or martech in a client-facing commercial or strategy role.
• Experience in programmatic media planning, digital sales, or account management with a strong understanding of omnichannel campaign execution.
• Demonstrated success hitting revenue targets and growing investment within agencies, enterprise, or brand direct accounts.
• Strong relationships across Australia’s media agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent years of experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Buy Now Pay Later, e-commerce, or retail media networks.
• Ability to build relationships within multiple verticals/industries.
