Salary: $190,000 - $240,000

What you will do

• Define and execute global Professional Services strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and scale a high-performing global team fostering operational excellence and innovation.
• Develop scalable consulting packages and partner co-delivery frameworks.
• Optimize operations and delivery models in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales.
• Drive key performance metrics and financial outcomes for growth and retention.
• Represent Professional Services at executive level engaging customers and partners.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years in software industry and 5+ years in SaaS Professional Services leadership.
• Experience scaling global teams and managing delivery models including offshore and partner-led services.
• Deep understanding of IGA transformation and best practices.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and offices as needed.
