What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical resource for integrations and payroll inquiries, supporting implementation and client roadblocks.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for integrations and payroll product setup to clients and implementation managers.
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to influence roadmap and address feature requests related to integrations and payroll.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients to ensure effective platform management and adoption.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be located in the New York Metro Area and willing to work onsite 2-3 days per week
- 3+ years experience in integrations and payroll systems in technical, customer-facing roles.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integration platforms like Zapier or Workato.
- Basic SQL and database management knowledge.
- Strong customer success orientation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS business models and subscription-based products.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with payroll vendors like ADP WFN, Paylocity, Trinet, Dayforce, and BenAdmin.
- Knowledge of tools like Slack, Salesforce, and Asana.
