Location: Remote with requirement to be based in the United States (San Jose/San Francisco Bay Area)

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 base + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Own the product-led growth funnel from acquisition to expansion.
• Define trial success metrics and align stakeholders on targets.
• Design and launch self-serve trials and onboarding experiences to accelerate value delivery.
• Implement analytics, experimentation frameworks, and conduct A/B testing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Engineering to optimize growth and customer journey.
• Develop pricing and packaging UX improvements and growth metrics dashboards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or San Jose/San Francisco Bay Area.
• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS growth.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in funnels, cohorts, and A/B testing.
• Experience developing self-serve onboarding and trial experiences.
• Proven collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, outcome-driven environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, banking, or healthcare.
• Familiarity with PQL systems and CRM integrations.
• Experience in packaging and monetization strategies.
