What you will do
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to sales staff and customers
- Design and architect on-premise and hybrid storage systems including NAS, SAN, and Object Storage
- Develop storage infrastructure and data management solutions for enterprise applications and cloud services
- Create ROI/TCO overviews and competitive advantage analyses for solution offerings
- Collaborate with client executives and partner sales to develop customer strategies
- Advise on engagement and utilization of broader technical resources
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in storage product technical specifications and sales engineering roles
- Experience with storage technologies from EMC, HDS, HPE, IBM, VMware, or PureStorage
- Knowledge of NAS, SAN, Object Storage, and backup solutions
- Familiarity with cloud, AI/ML, database, microservices, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and hybrid multi-cloud technologies
- Must be located in or able to work in Melbourne, Australia with hybrid work expectations
