Lead Product Designer (Web): Lead and mentor product designers while owning the end-to-end design vision for a vertical focused on creating intuitive, trusted experiences for consumers and estate agents. Focus on designing complex multi-sided platforms, strategic product design leadership, and collaboration across product, engineering, and commercial teams.

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in Soho, London office and 3 days remote

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor product designers within the Experience Design team.
• Own the end-to-end design vision and define long-term vertical strategy.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and commercial teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Drive design quality, consistency, and adoption of scalable design systems.
• Explore monetisation opportunities for reputation-focused products.
• Support hiring and recruitment efforts within the design team.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in London with 2 days per week onsite in Soho office
• Experience designing complex multi-sided platforms or marketplace experiences.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills for product designers.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders and leadership.
• Curiosity and creativity including responsible use of AI in design.
• Strategic thinking balancing business goals and user needs.
