Product Designer

TL;DR

Product Designer: Designing and improving user acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention experiences across web and app platforms with an accent on growth initiatives and user-centered design. Focus on designing experiments, prototyping, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable improvements.

Location: Remote within the UK or Europe

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (adjusted for compensation outside the UK)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end growth initiatives across desktop and app experiences.
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify user friction points and opportunities.
• Design and iterate experiments to improve activation, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Community teams to define hypotheses and measure impact.
• Produce prototypes from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity interactive UI designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency and advocate for accessibility and usability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the UK or Europe
• Previous experience in product, UX/UI, or growth-focused design roles with a strong portfolio.
• Experience with consumer-facing digital products, ideally UGC platforms.
• Proficiency with Figma and ability to prototype using code or design tools.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
• Understanding of engineering concepts and ability to communicate ideas through prototypes.
• Note: Unable to sponsor international visas at this time.

Nice to have

• Experience in revenue, growth, acquisition, and conversion product areas.
• Familiarity with Github for issue tracking.
• Knowledge of games modding and hirify.global platform.
• A passion for computer games.
