What you will do

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and business analysts to define and ship user-centered design solutions.
• Map and simplify complex, interdependent internal business workflows and systems.
• Visualize data flows and identify automation and simplification opportunities.
• Test and iterate prototypes with internal users to ensure effective solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align cross-functional requirements.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in England or Ireland
• English: Fluent English is essential
• Minimum 3+ years professional experience in product design, preferably in B2B internal tooling.
• Strong system thinking and ability to handle complex workflows.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable conducting user interviews, workshops, and shadowing sessions.
