What you will do

• Participate in end-to-end design processes including wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design, and usability testing
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other teams to shape product direction
• Transform customer insights into usable and delightful products
• Maintain design systems and ensure design consistency across touchpoints
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
• Advocate for design thinking and present concepts to leadership

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Richmond, United Kingdom
• 5+ years of product design experience with strong UI and interaction design skills
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience with usability testing and research synthesis
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and visual excellence
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
