What you will do
- Win new business by proactively targeting and acquiring commercial agents in your region.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships through regular face-to-face meetings and upselling.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to conversion to achieve revenue growth.
- Use performance data and market trends to guide client conversations and review meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Represent the company values and support colleagues at regional and national meetings.
Requirements

- Proven experience in B2B account management and new business development.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
