What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Use consultative selling to present tailored solutions demonstrating clear value and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strategic account plans and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Proactively manage client retention and track key satisfaction metrics.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate performance reports.

Requirements

  • English: Speaking fluent
  • 3+ years experience in B2B relationship or account management, preferably in financial services or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading technologies, and brokerage models.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
  • Data-driven decision making and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
