What you will do
- Manage and nurture newly approved SME clients to create a positive first experience.
- Drive increased card spend through proactive engagement and communication.
- Work towards and achieve card spend targets.
- Make 35-40 calls daily to clients to encourage usage and engagement.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role requiring presence in Brighton office 3 days a week
- Proven experience in account management or sales with a track record of meeting KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with a competitive spirit and passion for driving results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on feet.
- Understanding of SMEs and their financial workings.
