Location: Hybrid in Santa Barbara, CA, with candidates also located in Denver, Austin, Santa Ana, Dallas

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 base + commission target

What you will do

• Drive full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding business needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Stay updated on products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position offerings effectively.
• Represent hirify.global at marketing events and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with presence in Santa Barbara, CA or other specified cities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of successful sales experience in technology or software industry.
• Strong sales cycle management skills including lead generation, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Experience with CRM tools and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
