What you will do

• Manage specific programs related to corporate objectives and key metric reporting, ensuring Founder-level visibility.
• Oversee the collection and reporting of key objectives, driving alignment and transparency.
• Lead program management for the Engineering organization, defining goals and ensuring execution.
• Facilitate the CTO's customer and partner calls, managing agenda, capturing, and following up on action items.
• Drive M&A operations, including organization, communication, and program flow.
• Manage CTO outreach via round table sessions and 1:1s, capturing employee sentiments and follow-up.

Requirements

• Exceptional operational, organizational, and communication skills.
• Executive-level presentation creation and delivery skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in diligent follow-up and communication at senior levels.
• Track record of coordinating cross-departmental efforts with meaningful business outcomes.
• Ability to manage scope, risk, and uncertainty effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to streamline operational processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Proactive approach to spotting potential issues and solving problems.
• English: Must speak and write fluently.
