Senior Account Executive Enterprise: Driving new business acquisition and revenue goals for enterprise accounts with an accent on consultative selling, identifying customer needs, and proposing custom solutions. Location: Hybrid model, open to candidates in Midwest/North East Markets, USA.

Salary: $251,021–$301,225 On-Target Earnings (50/50 base pay and sales compensation variable target).

What you will do

  • Drive new business and logos, consistently meeting or exceeding quota goals.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan, including prospecting and account mapping.
  • Deliver hirify.global's value proposition, presentations, and product demonstrations autonomously.
  • Identify prospect issues and articulate potential solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Accelerate customer adoption of hirify.global technology and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of technology B2B/SaaS enterprise sales experience.
  • Technical sales background with strong marketing and business development acumen.
  • Experience with security technologies, CDN, web analytics, or cloud storage.
  • BA/BS degree in Engineering or Business discipline required.
  • Ability to travel to customer meetings, trade shows, and events as needed.
  • Must be available during core business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Ecommerce, Travel/Hospitality, Finance & Major Technology markets.
  • Understanding of application security impact on large enterprises.
