TL;DR

Director, Global Sales Development (AI): Leading and developing a global team of Sales Development Managers and Sales Development Representatives to generate qualified new business and cross-sell opportunities, with an accent on optimizing prospecting playbooks and processes. Focus on coaching, mentorship, and data-driven strategy to drive consistent results across North America, the UK, and other global regions.

Location: Hybrid, requires three days a week in the New York City office. Team based across North America and EMEA.

Salary: $165,577–$242,749 OTE, plus Company equity.

What you will do

  • Define and implement the global sales development strategy aligned with company objectives across North America, the UK, and other global regions.
  • Lead, inspire, coach, and mentor a global team of Sales Development Managers and Sales Development Representatives.
  • Implement weekly and monthly development programs to educate, engage, and develop top performers.
  • Build and manage onboarding programs to accelerate SDR ramp-up and long-term success.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on team performance metrics, providing insights to leadership on pipeline health.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership to ensure smooth lead handoffs and strong inbound lead flow.

Requirements

  • Eight to 10 years of experience with proven success in scaling high-performing sales development teams within a fast-paced Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Four to five years of demonstrated ability to lead both SDR Managers and SDRs to consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Strong experience coaching and mentoring sales teams and building a culture of accountability.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage performance data and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing outbound prospecting playbooks and improving lead flow.
  • Experience managing and leading SDR teams across multiple regions, including North America and the UK.
