TL;DR

Senior Solution Architect: Demonstrating and leading POVs for the Sealights/hirify.global platform with an accent on technical discovery, understanding client landscapes, and assisting with business cases. Focus on pre-sales activities, maintaining complex demo environments, and providing technical consultation for enterprise clients.

Location: Hybrid role, must be based in Austin, TX or Atlanta, GA. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

What you will do

• Provide demonstrations of the Sealights platform and articulate the larger hirify.global platform story.
• Lead pre-POC discussions to understand prospect technical landscapes and capture user requirements.
• Lead Proof of Values (POVs) of Sealights, including workshops and remote/on-site support.
• Assist Account Executives with business case creation and technical questions.
• Help maintain and enhance complex demo environments (SAP, C, C++, Java, C#, Python, Github Actions, Jenkins).
• Provide regular feedback to the Product Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar subject.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales, SAP Implementation, Consulting, or Post-Sales.
• SAP experience including implementations, S4Hana Migrations, ABAP coding, and testing.
• Experience in enterprise sales, working with large enterprise clients, value selling, and MEDDPICC.
• A willingness to learn other technologies including Java, Python, C#, and CI/CD tools.

Nice to have

• Familiarity or past experience with hirify.global products including qTest, Tosca (especially in automation of SAP).
