Solution Architect (Anaplan): Developing and optimizing the Connected Planning environment on the Anaplan platform with an accent on model design, data integration, and large-scale project implementation. Location: Hybrid, available in Austin, TX and San Francisco, CA

Salary: $155,000 – $185,000 (annual, for Bay Area hires)

What you will do

• Develop and optimize the Connected Planning environment on Anaplan following best practices.
• Partner with BI/IT teams for data integration and automation.
• Provide technical direction for large-scale Anaplan projects (Expense, Revenue, Sales Capacity, Project Planning).
• Validate existing processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiency within the Anaplan platform.
• Capture business requirements, perform functional design, prototyping, and process design.
• Support implementations within the Anaplan platform.

Requirements

• Experience with a SAAS business environment.
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder (completion of Level 1, 2, and 3 model building and Anaplan Way).
• Minimum 4 years supporting FP&A business functions.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, business requirements gathering, and data flow mapping skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Data integration experience with CRM, HCM, ERP.
