Location: Required to be local to the San Francisco area, Mountain View, CA, and in office 4 days a week.

Salary: USD $158,400–$304,200 per year

hirify.global is building a new Education team within Consumer Copilot, dedicated to advancing Copilot and other consumer AI products and research.

What you will do

• Build outstanding consumer-grade web applications.
• Design, build, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable backend APIs.
• Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, and AI Researchers to develop amazing experiences.
• Use data insights to analyze user behavior and inform product decisions.
• Ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code across the full stack.
• Find creative paths around ambiguity and roadblocks to ship value quickly and iteratively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 4+ years technical engineering experience.
• Strong coding proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, CSS, and Node.js.
• Proven experience building fullstack applications from architecture to deployment.
• Working knowledge of web browsers, UI/UX principles, and application architecture.
• Experience designing or implementing backend APIs and distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree or 8+ years technical engineering experience.
• Experience in consumer-facing education products at scale.
• Demonstrated success driving growth outcomes—acquisition, engagement, retention.
