What you will do
- Manage existing enterprise owner accounts to preserve and develop customer relationships and highlight Procore's value.
- Drive product adoption, ensure customer retention, and expand revenue through upsell and cross-sell activities.
- Research accounts, identify key champions, and gather business requirements to maintain accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Inside Sales Reps, Product Solution Specialists, and Customer Success Engineers.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Coordinate internal resources for client issue resolution and service agreement execution, including monthly client onsite travel.
Requirements
- 8+ years of demonstrated successful software sales experience, preferably B2B.
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
- Proven record of success in an inside sales-based selling model.
- Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools.
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
