Salary: $120,000–$165,000 USD Annual (Base Pay)

What you will do

  • Manage existing enterprise owner accounts to preserve and develop customer relationships and highlight Procore's value.
  • Drive product adoption, ensure customer retention, and expand revenue through upsell and cross-sell activities.
  • Research accounts, identify key champions, and gather business requirements to maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Inside Sales Reps, Product Solution Specialists, and Customer Success Engineers.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Coordinate internal resources for client issue resolution and service agreement execution, including monthly client onsite travel.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of demonstrated successful software sales experience, preferably B2B.
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
  • Proven record of success in an inside sales-based selling model.
  • Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
