Location: In-person participation is required throughout the year for team and company-wide offsites. Candidates must be a Member of a US state bar.

Salary: $224,995–$264,700 USD

What you will do

• Manage a fast-paced docket of litigation and regulatory investigations, including financial regulatory enforcement.
• Develop, execute, and continuously assess hirify.global's worldwide litigation strategy and tactics.
• Receive, track, investigate, and litigate lawsuits and regulatory matters brought against hirify.global.
• Draft and file pleadings and briefs as needed.
• Engage and manage outside counsel effectively and efficiently.
• Work collegially and supportively with other members of the legal team.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of litigation or regulatory investigation experience.
• Experience managing and successfully resolving strategic litigation.
• Experience with regulatory investigations and financial regulatory enforcement actions.
• Experience with third-party subpoenas from regulatory agencies.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage an expanding litigation practice using outside counsel strategically and efficiently.
• Basic understanding of the regulatory landscape in the crypto industry.
• Juris doctor from an accredited law school is required.
• Member of a US state bar in good standing.
• Occasional travel is required.
