TL;DR

hirify.global is a rapidly growing Conversational AI startup with offices in Berlin, New York, and Munich, specializing in voice-first GenAI platforms for contact centers.

What you will do

  • Lead legal negotiations for commercial agreements including MSAs, SaaS, partner/reseller, and compliance documents.
  • Provide business-oriented legal guidance to Sales and cross-functional teams on deal structure, risk, and compliance.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to align contract terms with policies and commercial strategies.
  • Draft and revise contract language ensuring clarity and enforceability under US laws.
  • Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows.
  • Support global compliance initiatives including export controls and cross-border data transfers.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work with presence in New York office
  • English: Native speaker level required
  • Juris Doctor (JD), LL.M., or equivalent legal degree with 5+ years experience in commercial contract negotiation.
  • Experience in SaaS or tech company legal functions, especially Deal Desk or Sales Legal support.
  • Familiarity with B2B software commercial models, revenue recognition, and compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills; ability to work independently with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of AI-related legal landscape.
  • German language skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and contract lifecycle management tools.
