Salary: $144,010–$301,610 USD

What you will do

• Lead drafting, structuring, and negotiation of technology collaboration, inbound/outbound IP licenses, and software/SaaS agreements.
• Advise cross-functional teams on product strategy, development cycles, commercialization, and risk management.
• Provide strategic counsel on a broad range of legal issues, including IP ownership, licensing frameworks, confidentiality, antitrust, privacy, and export controls.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, delivering clear, practical, and business-oriented legal guidance.
• Collaborate across legal and business teams to drive solutions that enable growth and manage risk.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with a state bar is required.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial, technology, and product-related transactions is required.
• This position is not eligible for hirify.global's immigration sponsorship.
• Must work on-site in Santa Clara (CA), Hillsboro (OR), Folsom (CA), or Phoenix (AZ), US.
