TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 base and $22,000–$30,000 bonus

What you will do

  • Identify high-potential prospects through research and targeted account lists.
  • Conduct personalized outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads through discovery conversations to understand needs and pain points.
  • Schedule discovery calls or product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target industries, personas, and buying triggers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and account executives to refine outreach strategies and share market insights.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or business development.
  • Proven success in cold calling, email prospecting, and social selling.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent research and organizational skills, with attention to detail in targeting and messaging.
  • Self-motivated and driven to hit and exceed goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Education, learning and development, or tech sales experience.
