TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI): Driving outbound lead generation and qualification in the AI and Machine Learning sector to build a strong sales pipeline. Focus on consultative selling, prospecting high-value accounts, and collaborating closely with marketing and account executives to generate qualified opportunities.

Location: Must be based within 30 miles of Philadelphia, PA and onsite 5 days a week

Salary: $65,000 base + $20,000 variable

What you will do

  • Develop sales opportunities from prospecting and marketing leads in AI/ML sectors
  • Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone with customized outreach
  • Achieve qualified meeting quotas to support revenue goals
  • Manage lead activity using Salesforce CRM
  • Communicate hirify.global's value proposition and handle objections
  • Research and understand target markets and accounts

Requirements

  • Must be located within 30 miles of Philadelphia, PA and able to work onsite 5 days a week
  • Strong knowledge of SDR best practices and lead qualification
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Ability to meet or exceed meeting generation quotas
  • Excellent communication and research skills
  • Must be a U.S. person eligible to access export controlled information per U.S. Government regulations

Nice to have

  • Experience in a competitive, metrics-driven environment
  • Prior experience in tech startups
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Salesloft or Outreach
  • Previous business development or sales experience
