What you will do
- Develop sales opportunities from prospecting and marketing leads in AI/ML sectors
- Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone with customized outreach
- Achieve qualified meeting quotas to support revenue goals
- Manage lead activity using Salesforce CRM
- Communicate hirify.global's value proposition and handle objections
- Research and understand target markets and accounts
Requirements
- Must be located within 30 miles of Philadelphia, PA and able to work onsite 5 days a week
- Strong knowledge of SDR best practices and lead qualification
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Ability to meet or exceed meeting generation quotas
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Must be a U.S. person eligible to access export controlled information per U.S. Government regulations

- Experience in a competitive, metrics-driven environment

- Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Salesloft or Outreach
