What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing enterprise accounts to expand mental health offerings.
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies tailored to each customer’s goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as HR leaders and CFOs.
  • Manage the full commercial cycle from discovery to contract execution for expansions and renewals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and provide feedback to influence product roadmap.
  • Stay informed on mental health industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within US time zones.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales with a focus on enterprise customer expansion.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage senior decision-makers (HR, CFO).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% annually for customer meetings.
  • Passion for mental health care and employee well-being.
