Salary: $104,000 - $156,000 base with On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to $312,000.

What you will do

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, partnering with consultants and architects to optimize customer investments.
  • Plan and exceed customer success sales targets by coordinating sales teams and managing pipeline.
  • Represent the BMC brand internally and externally, building trust and confidence with stakeholders.
  • Lead professional services sales processes and orchestrate internal and external resources.
  • Drive business development through understanding pipeline, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States and able to work remotely with travel up to 50%.
  • Experience in sales and customer success leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to develop business and manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and build customer trust.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
