TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Newark, NJ or Baltimore, Maryland, USA

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 per year

What you will do

  • Accelerate a $1M–$1.5M book of business through cross-sell and upsell of hirify.global solutions
  • Drive new business revenue and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Develop a quality sales pipeline and consistently close high-margin deals
  • Forecast sales accurately and assist with business case development
  • Leverage team resources efficiently and maintain accurate CRM reports

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Newark, NJ or Baltimore, Maryland
  • 5+ years of direct selling enterprise infrastructure software, hardware, and services
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and opening new accounts
  • Strong knowledge of data centers including storage, networks, and servers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office

Nice to have

  • Experience working with strategic partners like Dell, VMware, Cisco, Palo Alto, Rubrik
  • Leadership skills with a servant leader style
