Salary: $257,700–$303,200/year (base), with OTE up to $606,400/year

What you will do

  • Manage and coach a small team of Account Executives and outbound prospectors.
  • Drive enterprise-level SaaS sales, focusing on marketing automation, CRM, email, or analytics solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations.
  • Navigate large organizations to identify decision-makers and decision-making processes for large SaaS investments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Enterprise Sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology.
  • At least 4 years of experience managing a regional team of enterprise sales executives.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proven success navigating large organizations for SaaS investments.
  • Must be based in the United States and able to work hybrid in New York City.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing an outbound prospecting team.
  • Prior experience in a startup technology company.
