What you will do
- Convert inbound leads into hirify.global customers by managing the full sales cycle for small businesses (10-50 employees).
- Build strategic relationships with qualified leads daily, understanding their complex business challenges.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging with founders, CFOs, and operational leaders.
- Help reshape the SMB sales process by bringing your experience and collaborating with the team to continuously improve our approach and customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a B2B Sales role, ideally in a scale-up/SaaS Fintech industry.
- Result-driven with comfort in ambitious sales targets.
- Consultative approach to understand the complex needs of SMBs and demonstrate product value.
- Communication: Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) to adapt to a diverse audience including C-levels.
- Resilience: Never give up and view failures as opportunities to learn and grow.
