What you will do
- Lead program management to align hirify.global Pro with B2C strategies, setting and tracking action plans.
- Identify and onboard top sellers to meet B2B customer needs, effectively pitching hirify.global B2B offers.
- Manage a portfolio of key sellers, acting as the primary point of contact to maximize stock visibility and optimize pricing.
- Own sales and quality performance for your seller portfolio across Europe, specifically France, Belgium, and the UK.
- Lead business reviews, audit seller structures, and drive cross-team projects to tailor solutions for sellers.
- Leverage data to track seller performance, analyze trends, create projections, and contribute to B2B strategy.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in marketplaces.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/operations across different geographical perimeters.
- Proven customer portfolio management skills.
- Proven project management experience with success in managing deadlines, customers, and schedules.
- Readiness to learn analytics skills; SQL and/or Tableau experience is a plus.
- Confidence in business and technical conversations, with the ability to break down complex concepts.
