What you will do

• Drive the vision for the global payroll product area.
• Integrate qualitative and quantitative feedback to set ambitious, measurable goals.
• Lead a team of Group Product Managers and Product Managers.
• Attract and build a talented, diverse, and thriving product team.
• Communicate and evangelize the product, roadmap, and process changes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working in the payroll area as a product manager.
• Extensive experience in product management, ideally at high-growth companies.
• Demonstrable experience leading teams of high-performing product managers.
• Great judgment making both strategic and tactical decisions.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, including with senior leadership.
• A strong sense of design and UX.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
