Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in HR tech, payroll, or Employer of Record industries.
• 2+ years managing product teams.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Familiarity with global employment laws, data privacy, and security standards.
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus.
