What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for HireGlobal's product across global payments, onboarding, billing, and worker experiences.
• Lead prioritization across teams and manage roadmap execution to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to enhance product velocity, stability, and quality.
• Build and lead the product team, fostering a culture of ownership and customer-centricity.
• Partner deeply with cross-functional teams like Operations, Legal, Finance, and Sales to align product decisions with business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in hands-on product work, including defining user stories, problem statements, and functional requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 5+ years in B2B platforms and 3+ years leading Product Managers or cross-functional groups.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling complex B2B SaaS products, ideally in fintech, payments, HR tech, or payroll.
• Experience with third-party system integrations (payment processors, KYC vendors, banking APIs).
• Proficiency in SQL or spreadsheets for data analysis and conducting user research.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a world-class individual contributor.
