Compensation: $207,200–$304,600 USD annually, depending on location within the US.

What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of product marketing managers across Messaging and Email.
- Shape and own the narrative for hirify.global's Messaging and Email businesses, influencing sales, analyst briefings, and executive communications.
- Partner deeply with R&D leadership to influence roadmap prioritization and align on positioning.
- Drive integrated go-to-market programs across self-service and enterprise segments.
- Manage meaningful product launches through hirify.global's Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
- Identify intersections with broader platform capabilities to build compelling narratives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing or technical marketing, with a strong track record in communications infrastructure, messaging platforms, developer tools, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams and developing talent.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify cross-functional connections and opportunities.
- Exceptional storyteller and narrative builder, translating complex capabilities into business outcomes.
- Proven ability to drive alignment and influence across R&D, AR, PR, Campaigns, Sales, and executive teams.
- Track record of meaningful impact in product launches, positioning, or programs contributing to revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be based remotely in the US, excluding candidates from CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.
Nice to have
- Experience with established, high-revenue product lines and maintaining growth in mature markets.
- Background in messaging, email, communications infrastructure, CPaaS, marketing automation platforms, or developer-focused communications APIs.
- Familiarity with developer and enterprise audiences for positioning technical products.
- Experience working in fast-growth technology companies, scaling teams, processes, or narratives.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in influencing product roadmaps and building trusted partnerships with R&D leaders.
