What you will do

• Lead and empower teams to create, develop, and ship new products aligned with company strategy.
• Develop and articulate innovation vision, strategy, and methodologies to drive product innovation.
• Manage product evolution, market sizing, growth opportunities, and business cases.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and vendors to ensure product success and alignment.
• Set and monitor KPIs for product performance and innovation initiatives.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and continuously seek new technologies and breakthrough concepts.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• 10+ years leadership experience managing multiple teams and products.
• 15+ years experience in customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong strategic vision, innovation mindset, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and coach teams effectively.
