What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of six Product Managers across multiple squads, setting clear expectations and developing talent.
• Own the full product strategy across marketplace, platform, internal tools, and growth surfaces.
• Partner with design, research, engineering, and go-to-market leadership to align product roadmap with company goals.
• Drive product planning cycles including vision, prioritization, resourcing, and execution.
• Define and track core product metrics using data and research to validate decisions.
• Champion product-led growth by improving onboarding, activation, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience including leadership roles managing multiple PMs
• Experience owning full product surface area in a fast-moving startup environment
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to dive into details
• Comfortable working across marketplace, platform, and growth surfaces
• Clear communication skills to influence engineering, design, go-to-market, and executive teams
• Remote-first role with hybrid option if based in San Francisco
