What you will do

• Lead adoption of hirify.global’s AI agent Fin by helping strategic customers automate and scale support operations.
• Embed with customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Work hands-on with customer technical teams to deliver solutions and drive projects to completion.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide actionable feedback.
• Lead and evolve the Forward Deployed Engineering function, sharing insights and mentoring engineers.
• Leverage strategic account connections to anticipate challenges and influence decisions.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with expectation to be onsite at least three days per week in London, England
• English: Proficient English (B2) required
• Experience building SaaS products or startup background preferred.
• 2+ years as a primary technical leader with autonomous decision-making and accountability.
• Interest and ability to quickly learn AI/ML concepts.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby) and REST API integration.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite with customers.
