Senior Manager, Commercial Partnerships (Fintech & Rewards): Lead and grow Oura’s commercial ecosystem including Payments, Rewards, Employee Wellness, and Brand partnerships with an accent on strategic partnership development and revenue growth. Focus on negotiating complex agreements, managing high-impact partnerships, and mentoring the partnerships team.

Location: Remote (United States only, ET preferred) with periodic travel (~20%)

Salary: $108,000–$157,000 depending on US region

What you will do

• Lead partner accounts to achieve forecasted revenue and mutual benefits
• Source and qualify new strategic partnerships across loyalty, rewards, brand, and membership programs
• Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements unlocking revenue and strategic advantages
• Drive strategic expansion with high ROI partnerships such as Lululemon and American Express
• Lead and mentor the partnerships team as it grows

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States (remote, ET preferred)
• 7–10 years experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or strategic growth in consumer tech, payments, or wellness
• Strong understanding of P&L and commercial economics
• Proven track record in structuring and scaling high-impact partnerships
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven decision-making skills with revenue modeling experience
