Salary: $180,000–$243,000 USD

What you will do

  • Source, negotiate, and close partnerships with executives across traditional and crypto-native finance enterprises.
  • Help clients launch innovative fintech, payments, and financial institution products.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to execute strategy and leverage resources.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to build and market new product solutions.
  • Engage deeply with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and regulation-first approaches.
  • Travel across Europe and potentially beyond for conferences and representation.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in fintech, financial services, or digital assets launching products from 0 to 1.
  • Significant experience in Financial Services, Payments, or Crypto sectors.
  • Strong B2B enterprise sales experience targeting European enterprises.
  • Experience selling in regulated environments.
  • Ability to work in fast-moving, dynamic industries.

Nice to have

  • Deep knowledge of digital asset ecosystem, especially stablecoins.
  • Passion for succeeding in ambiguous, challenging environments.
  • Strong desire to learn and contribute to a winning team.
  • Excitement for building globally impactful, novel financial services.
  • Understanding of Sandler sales methodology and Salesforce.
  • Residence in Holland, Germany, or France (not mandatory).
