What you will do

  • Own and grow a book of business across programmatic advertising partners, driving adoption of commerce media solutions and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Translate advertiser objectives into strategic programmatic campaigns using available ad formats, audience targeting capabilities, insights, and measurement tools.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for accounts, building effective and long-lasting relationships with brand-side stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy & Ops, Data Science, Product, Design, and Ad Ops to surface client feedback and align roadmap priorities.
  • Identify and pitch new opportunities to grow client investment by testing new formats, expanding to new surfaces, or piloting new solutions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, ensuring clients receive actionable insights and optimization recommendations to drive ROI and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of programmatic ad sales experience, preferably within a retail media network, digital publisher, agency trading desk, or DSP/SSP platform.
  • Proven ability to build and grow client relationships, close deals, and exceed revenue goals.
  • Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, audience targeting, measurement, and brand safety.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, cross-functional environments and collaborating closely with multiple teams.
