What you will do
- Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive adoption and retention.
- Lead tailored client engagements through virtual meetings, training sessions, and digital content.
- Monitor product usage and feedback to identify improvements, mitigate risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer perspectives shape product enhancements.
- Represent hirify.global at industry events and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, client relationship management, pre-sales, or trading, ideally in financial services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including senior executives.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client challenges.
- Collaborative approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Turkish required; Polish or Russian is a plus.
- Familiarity with domains such as Trading, Investment Banking, Commodities & Energy, or Wealth Management.
