What you will do
- Manage relationships with premium retail, institutional clients, and high net-worth individuals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand services to existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and resolve client issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and business objectives.
- Oversee project delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate internally to escalate and resolve issues and maintain detailed client records.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years of sales experience in financial services or investment industry
- Fluent English (C2) required
- Proven experience with HNWI, private wealth management, asset and fund managers, family offices.
- Strong knowledge of securities markets including stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures, and options.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work across time zones and cultural sensitivities.
