What you will do

• Lead cross-disciplinary delivery teams to deliver outcomes on time, budget, and quality.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove blockers to maintain delivery flow.
• Manage delivery plans, align dependencies, and partner with Product and Engineering on roadmaps.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Build governance frameworks and manage change control processes.
• Manage budgets, track spend, and report on delivery metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid working model based in Liverpool, UK
• Proven ability to govern large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models with strong Kanban knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder and third-party management skills.
• Good commercial and financial acumen.
• Clear, concise communication and strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
